一、Product & Material FAQs

1. Are your silicone products safe and non-toxic?

All our products are made of food-grade silicone with FDA and LFGB certification. They are BPA-free, non-toxic, odorless and eco-friendly. No harmful substances will be released under high temperature, safe for baby, household and catering use.

2. What is the high-temperature resistance of your silicone products?

Our silicone products support temperature from -40℃ to 230℃, safe for oven, microwave and dishwasher. The textured surface is anti-slip and heat-insulating, effectively protecting tables from high temperature and scratches.

3. Will silicone products get moldy or deformed?

The dense silicone surface is stain-resistant and easy to clean with water or dishwasher. The products feature high toughness, no deformation, no mold and no fading after long-term use, more durable than cloth and plastic kitchenware.

二、Customization FAQs

1. Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

We provide full OEM/ODM customization services, including custom size, color, thickness, logo printing, embossing and packaging. We can develop new products according to customers’ drawings or samples for brand OEM, cross-border private label and gift customization.

2. What is the MOQ for customized products?

Stock products support small-batch orders with no MOQ. Low MOQ for simple customization such as logo printing and color changing. MOQ for new mold customization depends on craftsmanship. Competitive prices for large orders.

3. How long is the sample customization time?

Regular samples take 1-3 working days, customized samples take 3-5 working days. Free regular samples, only shipping fee required. Mold cost will be charged for new custom molds, which can be refunded after reaching the bulk order quantity.

1. Can I get free samples?

We offer sample service for global customers. You can apply for samples via our inquiry form, email or online customer service, and we will arrange sample delivery as soon as possible for quality verification.

2. What is the production lead time?

Stock orders will be shipped within 3-7 working days. General customized orders take 7-15 working days. New mold customization takes 15-25 working days, depending on order quantity and craftsmanship.

3. Do you support cross-border export?

We have rich experience in cross-border export. We support FOB, CIF, EXW and other trade terms, and can provide full set of documents including customs declaration materials and certification reports, suitable for Amazon, independent websites and foreign trade wholesalers.
