5. Order Tracking
- Tracking number & link are emailed within 1–2 business days after shipping
- Track in real time via “Order Details” on our website

6. Delivery & Receipt
- Please provide accurate, complete, deliverable address and contact information
- If marked “delivered” but not received:
- Check lobby, front desk, building management, neighbors
- Contact local courier
- Notify support within 24 hours if still missing
- Refusal/address change:
- Unreasonable refusal: Customer pays round‑trip shipping
- Address change after shipment: Customer pays additional fees
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damage/shortage/wrong item: Report within 24 hours with photos/videos; we cover shipping and offer replacement or refund
- Lost package: Confirmed lost or not delivered within 30 days → full refund or reshipment (including shipping)
- Damage after signature or caused by customer: Not covered
