Return Exchange

Thank you for purchasing taplemat silicone placemats, silicone kitchenware and kitchen products (“Products”). This policy applies to all orders placed through the official taplemat website (taplemat.com).

1. Scope

  1. This policy applies to standard retail orders. Customized, printed, bulk, and clearance items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  2. Defective products, wrong items, missing items, or damage in transit are covered by this policy.

2. Return Period (7‑day No‑Reason Return)

You may request a no‑reason return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact, and resalable.

3. Eligibility

3.1 No‑Reason Return Eligible

  1. Unused, no scratches, burns, oil stains, or cleaning marks;
  2. Original packaging, tags, and accessories complete;
  3. Not customized, clearance, or gift items.

3.2 Defective / Wrong Item Return & Exchange (We Cover Shipping)

  1. Manufacturing defects: cracks, strong odor, deformation, breakage, significant size/color mismatch;
  2. Wrong item, missing item, incorrect style shipped;
  3. Damage in transit (photos required upon receipt).

3.3 Non‑Returnable Cases

  1. Exceeds the 7‑day window;
  2. Man‑made damage, burns, cuts, chemical damage, improper cleaning;
  3. Used, stained, oily, or with food residue;
  4. Missing, damaged, or altered packaging/tags;
  5. Customized, printed, engraved, bulk, clearance, gift items;
  6. Items marked “final sale” in promotions.

4. Process

  1. Contact Support: Email contact@taplemat.com with order number, description, and photo/video evidence.
  2. Review: Response within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility.
  3. Ship Back: Return to the address provided. Customer pays return shipping for no‑reason returns. We cover shipping for defects (customer pays upfront, then reimbursed with tracking).
  4. Inspection & Resolution:
  5. Return: Refund within 3–7 business days after inspection;
  6. Exchange: Replacement shipped with tracking number.

5. Shipping Fees

  1. No‑reason return: Customer covers both ways; original shipping is non‑refundable.
  2. Defect / wrong item: We cover round‑trip shipping; customer is reimbursed after providing tracking.
  3. Partial return: If original order qualified for free shipping but no longer does after partial return, we deduct the shipping discount.

6. Refund Method & Timing

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Alipay, etc.).
  2. Processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Additional Terms

  1. This policy applies only to orders placed directly on taplemat.com. For third‑party platform purchases, contact that platform’s support.
  2. All returns are subject to quality inspection. We may reject or deduct fees for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
  3. We may update this policy; the latest version on the website applies.
