1. Warehouse & Carriers

  1. Ships from: Yangjiang, Guangdong, China
  2. Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, China Post and premium dedicated lines
  3. Processing time:
  4. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excludes weekends & holidays)
  5. During sales or low stock, delays of 2–5 days may occur

2. Delivery Coverage

2.1 Domestic (China Mainland)

  1. Covers all mainland China (excludes HK, Macau, Taiwan)
  2. Remote areas (Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, etc.) may take 2–5 extra days; additional fees may apply

2.2 International

Currently ships to: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU countries, major Southeast Asian nations

  1. Not available: Russia, Ukraine, war zones in Middle East and certain high‑risk countries
  2. Final destinations shown at checkout

4. Shipping Fees

4.1 Domestic Orders (CNY)

  1. Orders over ¥99: Free shipping
  2. Under ¥99: Flat rate ¥10
  3. Remote areas: Surcharge as shown at checkout

4.2 International Orders

  1. Calculated in real time based on weight & destination; final amount shown at checkout
  2. Free shipping thresholds apply during promotions
  3. Duties & taxes:
  4. DDP: Some routes include duties & taxes
  5. DDU: Recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT and customs fees

5. Order Tracking

  1. Tracking number & link are emailed within 1–2 business days after shipping
  2. Track in real time via “Order Details” on our website
  3. If no tracking received within 5 business days, contact support: contact@taplemat.com

6. Delivery & Receipt

  1. Please provide accurate, complete, deliverable address and contact information
  2. If marked “delivered” but not received:
  3. Check lobby, front desk, building management, neighbors
  4. Contact local courier
  5. Notify support within 24 hours if still missing
  6. Refusal/address change:
  7. Unreasonable refusal: Customer pays round‑trip shipping
  8. Address change after shipment: Customer pays additional fees

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  1. Damage/shortage/wrong item: Report within 24 hours with photos/videos; we cover shipping and offer replacement or refund
  2. Lost package: Confirmed lost or not delivered within 30 days → full refund or reshipment (including shipping)
  3. Damage after signature or caused by customer: Not covered

8. Important Notes

  1. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed, and not a basis for breach of claim
  2. Undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect address/phone are customer’s responsibility
